  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons such as Eid, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased demand.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

If you are located in a remote area, delivery may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Free Delivery may be available on selected promotions or minimum order values, which will be displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

You can also contact us for updates regarding your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The parcel is refused without a valid reason

the courier may return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Hamdans Collection is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos when contacting us.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

At this time, Hamdans Collection primarily ships within Pakistan.
